A first for Central Asia! Uzbek tungsten has gained international recognition

Uzbekistan’s Technological Metals Combine (TMK) has become the first tungsten producer in Central Asia to achieve RMAP Conformant status, gaining international recognition for responsible sourcing and opening new opportunities in global markets.

For the first time in Central Asia! Uzbekistan’s tungsten has received international recognition

Uzbekistan is setting a new benchmark for Central Asia’s mining industry!

The Uzbekistan Technological Metals Combine (TMK) has successfully passed an independent international audit and received the prestigious RMAP Conformant status for tungsten.

This is the first result of its kind in the Central Asian tungsten industry. Until now, no enterprise in the region held this status.

Why is this important?

Today in the global market, simply producing quality metal is not enough. International corporations are paying increasing attention to the origin of raw materials, transparency of supply chains, and adherence to responsible manufacturing principles.

The new status strengthens trust in Uzbek tungsten, creates additional opportunities for cooperation with global industrial companies, and expands export markets.

Notably, the RMAP system has received official recognition from the European Commission.
