Changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Qazgeology JSC

The Chief Executive Officer of NMC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC Bakyt Chirchikbayev has been elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazgeology JSC.

To recall, earlier Samruk-Kazyna JSC and NMC Tau-Ken Samruk JSC signed an agreement on transfer of the state property management in the form of a 100% equity stake of Kazgeology JSC.
The Chief Business Development Officer of Tau-Ken Samruk, Nariman Absametov, has also joined the Board of Directors of Kazgeology JSC.
