New acquisition by Uranium One approved in Kazakhstan

Shares of three uranium mining companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be transferred to Uranium One controlled by Rosatom

According to TASS, Uranium One Netherlands BV will transfer a 50% stake in Karatau LLP, a 30% stake in JV Khorasan-U LLP, and a 70% stake in JV Southern Mining and Chemical Company LLP to Uranium One Group. These enterprises are developing uranium deposits in different regions of Kazakhstan.
