The task of the block is to translate geopolitical analytics into practical communication tools.

Part A: Constructing Narratives Based on Geopolitical Positioning
The key idea is that a Kazakh mining company should have a matrix of narratives adapted to different stakeholders, while consistent with each other.

Part B: Stress Testing of Communications through Crisis Scenario Modeling
The audience is offered 2 scenarios that require an immediate communication response.
Purpose: to show how lack of preparation leads to specific losses.
