According to the National Statistics Bureau report, the extraction of gold-bearing ore increased by 8.8% compared to the previous year, reaching 2.981 million tons. Gold production also grew, with companies producing just under 10 tons of unprocessed and semi-processed gold, as well as 5 tons of refined metal.

The extraction of copper ores increased by 14.7%, reaching 12.88 million tons, and copper-zinc ores by 6.2%, reaching 55.6 thousand tons.

Other metals, such as aluminum, lead, zinc, and silver, also showed increased production. These data indicate a significant growth in the extraction of non-ferrous and noble metals in the country.
