A protocol on an administrative offense contrary to customs rules was drawn up against AzerGold CJSC.

As ABC.AZ reports, the protocol was drawn up under Article 485.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

The protocol drawn up by the State Customs Committee was sent to the Ganja City Court, the case is being considered under the chairmanship of Judge Elkhan Alizade.

According to Article 485.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, in cases established by the Customs Code, for failure to submit a short import declaration in electronic form before importing goods into the customs territory, a fine of 1,000 manats is applied to officials, and a fine of 1,500 manats to legal entities.

It should be noted that the AzerGold closed joint stock company was established on the basis of the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated February 11, 2015 No. 1047.
