Cooperation between Kazakh and Canadian companies was discussed during the international conference PDAC-2023. Some foreign investors have expressed interest in projects in the mining industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the press service of Kazakh Invest reports.

For example, the areas of cooperation that B2Gold plans to develop are the search for new mining sites, gold mining and processing of precious metals. Representatives of the enterprise noted the potential for discovering gold deposits in the Kostanay and Akmola regions of the republic.

According to Ion Energy CEO, the investor is considering projects on rare earth metals in Kazakhstan. By the way, the company has a Mongolian lithium deposit in its assets.

The head of Condor Energies announced the readiness of exploration and development of lithium deposits in Kazakhstan. Now the manufacturer is engaged in the implementation of several projects in the oil and gas industry of the republic.

Arras Mineral, which is already engaged in gold mining in the Pavlodar region, announced that it is going to attract additional funds from Canadian investment funds for geological exploration in Kazakhstan.
