Kazakh geophysical company Kazak Geophysics has received an international contract for the first time. Kazakh geophysicists have begun to explore minerals in Australia. Searches are conducted using Mobile MT technology. Geophysicists can discover not only deposits of copper, but also gold, as well as polymetals.
Airborne geophysical work is carried out using a light multi-purpose Eurocopter helicopter with a mobilized suspension system using MobileMT technology. Flights are carried out at an altitude of about 150 m with a depth of research up to 1,500 m to search for mineral deposits (gold, copper, polymetal and hydrocarbons).
The use of MobileMT technology allowed the company to discover ore zones around Zhezkazgan, Akmola and East Kazakhstan regions, which will undoubtedly contribute to the development and growth of reserves of mining companies in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The company, having highly qualified specialists and innovative geophysical equipment, successfully implements exploration projects in Kazakhstan. In a short time, the company has received high demand in the foreign market.
Qazaq Geophysics will fly over three prospects in Western Australia and plan to acquire geophysical data for rapid identification and preparation for further detail work and verification drilling.

In this project, we involved our partners – the Canadian company Expert Geophysics, with which we work in Kazakhstan, they are the developers of MobileMT. The use of such technologies will enable customers, after receiving positive drilling results, to increase their shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (AXS) several times,” said Galym Nurzhanov, CEO of Qazaq Geophysics.

The implementation of the project, taking into account the interpretation of the data, will continue in Australia until the end of 2022.
In 2023, Qazaq Geophysics plans to participate in more than 10 projects with a total volume of electrical and magnetic exploration of more than 21 thousand linear meters. km, 30 thousand linear meters km of airborne geophysical research and about 7 million sq. m 3D survey of underground mine workings.
