To discuss the issues of sustainable supplies of international technologies and equipment in current trade and economic environment.

Importance and Relevance

Importance and Relevance

The digitalisation of industrial production is one of the priorities of Kazakhstan’s economic development. According to official estimates, the digitalisation of mining production can increase the efficiency of almost all enterprises of the mining and metallurgical industry by 10-15 per cent and reduce the cost of mining and transportation operations. At small and medium-sized enterprises, this potential is up to 50% or more. Many enterprises in the mining and metallurgical industry have already formed a digital transformation strategy.

Who participates

The MineDigital Kazakhstan competition is aimed at the companies which are implementing digitalisation and automation programs and technologies from the creation of digital cores to the construction of digital twins.

What we are trying to achieve

The aim of the MineDigital competition is to present advanced cases and technologies of digital transformation and assess the potential for their implementation at the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Competition themes

Cases of implementation of digital solutions in the following categories are invited to participate in the competition

Digital technologies aimed at Increasing Productivity and Risk Reduction.

Application of digital technologies for monitoring, diagnostics and repair of machines and equipment.

Digital solutions for reducing environmental pollution.

Collection, processing, and analytics of Big Data at all stages of mining production from exploration to supply chains management.

Human-machine interaction. Addressing Cultural Change for The Successful Implementation of Digital Solutions.

Digitalisation of the ``green`` transformation of the mining enterprise
