Confirmation of the booking and invoice will be sent within 2 working days to the email address used in the booking form. Please check your spam inbox for an automatic reply. Please contact admin@minexforum.com if you have not received confirmation within the stated period.
The fees can be paid by debit or credit card (via Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
Replacement or cancellation
Delegate substitution can be made at any time. All cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com 28 calendar days before the event will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made if cancellations are submitted less than 28 calendar days before the event. At the discretion of the organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received less than 28 calendar days before the event.
Admission
Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to participants who have failed to pay the fee prior to the Forum.
